Why hire an arborist?
An arborist is a specialist in the care of trees and shrubs. We are trained and equipped to provide the proper care. Pruning and tree removals can be dangerous work. You should hire qualified, trained and insured arborists for this work. Checking their credentials and references is very important. At Suntree Corporation we are certified arborists through the International Society of Arboriculture, the New Hampshire and Maine Arborist Association and licensed pesticide applicators in New Hampshire and Maine.

Tree and Shrub Pruning
Regular pruning is required to trees and shrubs to improve their health and to help prevent problems before they become too dangerous and costly. Pruning can remove hazardous dead branches, thin the canopy to help wind move through a tree, achieve a desired shape or size, and to improve structural integrity.
Large Tree Removal
Suntree employees are trained to remove large and hard to get to trees. We often use a crane to allow us to safely remove trees with minimal impact on your landscape. We have the proper equipment and experience to complete the work safely and efficiently.
Stump Grinding
Once a tree has been removed, we can grind out the stump. This area can then be reclaimed as turf or used as a planting area. Grinding eliminates the need to use toxic materials to “eat” the stump or have it dug up with large equipment that disturbs the surrounding area.
